That's why we, in partnership with MyRosalie, now offer two mental health programs exclusively for MTA members: a group plan (paid for by local associations) and an individual plan.

Whether you're dealing with daily stressors, navigating personal challenges, or seeking professional guidance, our mental health benefit provides the support you need, when you need it.

Group plan:

• 24/7/365 access to a credentialed peer listener that can empathize and offer guidance on a wide range of mental health issues such as burnout, anxiety, stress, isolation, dealing with healthcare crises, caregiving, discrimination, and more
• Family eligibility. Members can add up to 3 dependents, age 18+, at no additional cost
• Monthly mental health content delivered directly to your members' email
• On-demand, group psycho-education from a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Co-branded platform that acts as an on-ramp for all things well-being. The ability to include existing resources such as EAP, Telehealth and access to the individual Virtual Therapy portal through eHome Counseling

Individual plan:

Experience the convenience and privacy of face-to-face therapy from the comfort of your home, office, or school. Some of the benefits of this plan include:

• Flexible scheduling: Appointments available within 72 hours.
• Insurance partnerships: Works with most major insurance carriers. For those without insurance, assistance is available for affordable self-pay plans.
• Specialized treatment: Get help for various conditions including grief, anxiety, PTSD, depression, and more.
